"I think everything went smoothly, and I was able to find something that fit my needs. It was a combination of the total monthly premium and overall value for the money. I had already spent some time researching plans, so I had some idea of what I was looking for. Many of the other high-deductible/low premium plans don't offer any immediate benefits for doctors visits or preventive care and usually have no drug coverage, but the Tonik plans address both of these limitations. They are a good combination of office visits, preventive care, drug benefits, but still allow a high-deductible and lower premium. This is fine for me because I have no expensive preconditions and don't expect to be sick or hospitalized, but want to have some "disaster" coverage in case something happens. The other great feature about the Tonik plans is that they include dental and vision. Normally, you need to add a dental plan separately. So you save some time and cost by getting nearly complete benefits in one step."
